刪除帳戶
方法一:在 app 內(即時)
- 開 VXXV → 右下角「我」
- 最底「刪除帳戶」
- 確認 —— 帳戶、路線、好友、報名紀錄即時永久刪除
In the app: Me → Delete account → confirm. Immediate and permanent.
方法二:電郵(已移除 app 的用戶)
用你登入時使用的電郵發信至 support@vxxv.app,標題「Delete my VXXV account」。我們會在 7 個工作天內刪除並回覆確認。
Email us from the address you signed up with; we delete within 7 working days and confirm by reply.
會刪除甚麼 · What gets deleted
- 帳戶及登入連結(Apple / Google)
- 暱稱、頭像、個人資料
- 所有跑步路線及統計
- 好友關係、跑團、加油、活動報名、獎賞紀錄
- 裝置及使用數據
匿名化的總計數(例如「本月總公里數」)不含任何個人資料,會保留。備份最多 30 天後清除。
